Siphon coffee is a type of coffee that is brewed based on a traditional brewing method, known as siphon brewing. However, siphon brewing method does not heat the water to boiling temperature, but enough to create vapour pressure to push the water up into the upper chamber for it to mix with the coffee grounds. Hence, this process produces the tastiest coffee. Secondly, the brewing process stimulate an aesthetic look and intriguing experience. Thirdly, Dillion mentioned KitchenAid came up with a siphon coffee maker that is not only viable at home, but also user friendly. Therefore, anyone can be able to perform siphon brewing since the device eliminates any skills required to do so. Additionally, siphon coffee makers enable users to determine the amount of coffee to be made as compared to normal coffee makers. The coffee maker from KitchenAid even allows users to control the temperature. Last but not least, since the fragrance of the coffee is confined in the upper chamber, the flavor will be tastier as compared to one made by a drip brewer.
